As women who do it all – raise our children, care for our elders, serve our communities, and hold down jobs at all hours of the day and night, Black women take on daily the many issues that concern our country. We navigate the challenges of keeping our children educated, safe and well nourished; of ensuring that our aging family members live with dignity and security; and of caring for our neighbors. We do this and more, all while working and often not earning enough to make ends meet. Our voice speaks to all the issues, both individual and collective. Our vote is an informed vote, based on our individual and collective journeys. Together our voices and votes can change the nation for the good of all.
